        General Dynamics Mission Systems Extends Secure Communication Capability Deep into the Enterprise Backbone with Layer 2 Ethernet Data Encryption

        General Dynamics Mission Systems will introduce a new TACLANE encryptor product line to meet the exponential growth of data requiring protection as it traverses across the network, from enterprise to the tactical edge. The TACLANE E-Series will support the low latency, security and performance requirements of high speed (20 Gb+) Layer 2 network backbones and mission applications that address data center and campus interoperability, cloud and Big Data processing.

        Gulfstream to Expand in Dallas-Fort Worth Area

        Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. will expand its operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area with the construction of a service center at Fort Worth Alliance Airport. The facility, which will complement Gulfstream’s presence at Dallas Love Field, is expected to open by the fall of 2021 and will create approximately 50 new jobs.

        General Dynamics Mission Systems’ TACDS-v3 has been assessed by a National Cross Domain Strategy & Management Office (NCDSMO) certified Lab, and it has been determined that TACDS-v3 meets Phase 1 Raise the Bar (RTB) requirements. TACDS-v3 meets the security requirements to connect networks at different classification levels across varying domains for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
